We do this through our programs with the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Department of State, and the United Nations, engaging young people, supporting cultural diplomacy, and working on humanitarian programs.

During the September 15, 2022, meeting of HDI’s Board of Directors in New York City, Mr. John Sandy was unanimously elected by his fellow Directors to succeed Dr. Al Khalafalla as Chair of HDI’s Board of Directors.  The Board also unanimously elected Ms. Morgan DeNicola to serve as Vice Chair. At the request of the Board, Dr. Khalafalla accepted an additional term as a member of the Board of Directors.
