New York — Humpty Dumpty Institute Board Member, Mr. Cosmo DeNicola, has entered into a new business partnership with legendary sports agent Leigh Steinberg. Mr. Steinberg founded the iconic agency Steinberg Sports and Entertainment (SSE). Mr. DeNicola will provide capital and business experience to drive the agency’s expanding client marketing services.

Leigh Steinberg is one of the most influential figures in professional sports; having represented the first pick in the NFL draft a record eight times, 60 first round picks, 150 pro bowl players and seven NFL Hall of Fame inductees: Troy Aikman, Steve Young, Warren Moon, Thurman Thomas, Bruce Smith, Derrick Thomas and Howie Long. Mr. Steinberg has also represented numerous all-star NBA and MLB players, as well as Olympic athletes.

Humpty Dumpty Director Cosmo DeNicola is a self-made entrepreneur and has been on the Humpty Dumpty Institute’s Board of Directors since 2012. He owns and operates Cosmo DeNicola Companies, a portfolio of award-winning businesses with involvements in sports, entertainment, healthcare, and technology. Mr. DeNicola brings a wealth of experience in professional sports and entertainment to Steinberg Sports and Entertainment. He is currently serving as an owner of the Arena Football League’s Philadelphia Soul and a Hollywood talent management firm. |

A crucial aspect of SSE’s philanthropic commitment is its annual Super Bowl party, which continues with an afternoon party on January 31, 2015; the day before Super Bowl XLIX. Mr. Steinberg has hosted the mega-event since 1985, and has always taken it upon himself to use the party as a philanthropic vehicle. In 2015, Mr. DeNicola will help to expand the party’s societal aspect, working in tandem with Mr. Steinberg to commemorate members of the NFL community and their humanitarian efforts.
