Only the Chief Executive Officer of an academic institution of higher learning may register their institution to become a member of the Higher Education Alliance. Upon submission of this form, HEA will send an official MOU that confirming the institution’s membership, and its benefits, which must be signed by the CEO and returned to the HEA Program Director in order to activate membership.
